Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery maintenance to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Manage laundry duties for linens, towels, and clothing as needed with efficiency and care
- Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas to promote health and safety
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously during visits
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks in hotel or hospitality settings to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments such as hotels or commercial facilities
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
