Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks across residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces using eco-friendly products.
- Handle specialized cleaning duties such as carpet cleaning, floor care, upholstery maintenance, and sanitation of kitchens and bathrooms.
- Manage laundry and linen services efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously, ensuring satisfaction with every visit.
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, supplies used, and any issues encountered during service appointments.
- Follow safety protocols and environmentally friendly procedures to ensure a safe workspace for yourself and clients.
- Assist with custodial responsibilities in larger facilities or hotel environments, including janitorial tasks and housekeeping management as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning products, sanitation standards, and sustainable practices.
- Strong skills in floor care, carpet cleaning, laundry services, and general custodial duties.
