We’ve partnered with a nationally recognized, leading construction firm to identify an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on healthcare projects, including active hospital environments, in Denver, CO. This role is ideal for a superintendent who enjoys taking ownership on-site, and delivering high-quality projects in demanding settings.

What You’ll Do
- Manage daily on-site construction activities and site logistics
- Oversee safety, quality, scheduling, and site logistics
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and deliveries
- Manage phased construction in active hospital environments (ICRA)
- Maintain field documentation including schedules, RFIs, submittals, and redlines
- Support commissioning, closeout, and turnover activities
- Communicate regularly with project management and ownership teams
- 8 years of superintendent experience in commercial or healthcare construction
- Active hospital or ground-up healthcare experience required
- Strong MEP knowledge and phased construction experience
- Comfortable traveling extensively and working on-site long-term
- Knowledge of software systems including but not limited to: Microsoft Office suite (i.e., Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, etc.), Adobe, BlueBeam, and CAD.
- Willingness to travel local and nationwide 25%
- High school diploma required; construction-related degree preferred
- Base salary: Competitive and experience-based
