Entry Level Manager Responsibilities:
- Drive customer engagement in a genuine, friendly way while supporting the overall sales experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend wireless services that improve satisfaction and support company sales goals.
- Build negotiation and communication skills by learning how to handle objections and guide conversations as an Entry Level Manager on the sales team.
- Keep accurate records of your sales interactions, including customer updates, lead notes, and completed service orders.
- Join weekly meetings to review sales goals, team progress, and quality standards.
- Conduct in-person sales presentations, listening closely to match customers with the best wireless options as an Entry Level Manager.
Entry Level Manager Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build real relationships with customers.
- Familiarity with basic customer service and sales techniques.
- 1–2 years of customer-facing experience is helpful but not required for the Entry Level Manager opening
- Curious, self-driven, and open to learning—especially when it comes to growing in a sales environment.
- Reliable daily transportation; this is an on-site role.
