What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controller position at Top Tier Resources?
Exceptional growing company is seeking a Controller to lead their accounting team. This position reports directly to the CFO. A key responsibility is assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement, and implementing new processes as well as evaluating and managing accounting and internal control systems.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, directing, and coordinating all accounting operational functions.
- Managing and consolidating all financial data
- Preparation of financial statements
- Supporting acquisitions and M&A integrations
Qualifications:
- Strong initiative and analytical skills are required with the ability to define and implement processes and procedures to maximize efficiency.
- Experience working with private equity is a plus.
- CPA license or in progress required.
- Experience with Acquisitions a plus
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Minimum of 8 plus years of experience.
