Accounts Receivable Specialist
Immediate temp-to-hire opening for a Junior Accounts Receivable Specialist in the Pilsen neighborhood. This role supports full-cycle accounts receivable with strong use of QuickBooks and Excel.
What you’ll do:
- Process and apply incoming customer payments
- Prepare and send accurate invoices and billing statements
- Assist with collections follow-ups and customer account reconciliations
What we’re looking for:
- AR experience (full-cycle preferred)
- Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, sorting, exporting)
- Experience with QuickBooks
- NetSuite experience is a plus
- Spanish is a plus
