Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care & Consultations:
Provide consultative services for a variety of genetic conditions, including pediatric cancer predisposition, intellectual disabilities, and genetic syndromes. Offer genetic counseling in both inpatient and outpatient settings. - Collaborative Practice:
Work within a multidisciplinary team of geneticists, genetic counselors, nurses, and administrative staff to deliver optimal patient care and support. - Clinical Research & Education:
Participate in clinical research and ongoing trials. Play an active role in teaching residents and medical students, fostering the development of future healthcare professionals. - Professional Development:
Contribute to the continuous development of the genetics program and stay updated with advancements in genetics and genomics. - Work Schedule:
Maintain a Monday–Friday work schedule with no weekend or on-call responsibilities, promoting work-life balance.

Qualifications:
- Education & Certifications:
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Clinical Genetics & Genomics (ABMGG).
- Ability to obtain and maintain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license.
- DEA certification (or eligibility) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Experience:
Experience in clinical genetics, working with pediatric patients, and managing a broad range of genetic conditions. - Skills & Abilities:
Strong communication skills, team-oriented approach, and commitment to patient-centered care. The ability to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings is essential.
