Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and compile project-specific pay applications and supporting documentation
- Generate ad-hoc financial and job cost reports to support project management
- Analyze job cost data and assist with the preparation of tax documents
- Provide administrative and billing support to project managers across multiple initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records and reporting for simultaneous projects
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and job cost reports
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to sit for extended periods and move throughout the office; must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
Preferred:
- Experience in a manufacturing or project-based environment
- Familiarity with billing software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Prior experience supporting large-scale projects
Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: $37,000 – $48,000
- Bonus: Performance-based bonus eligibility
