Salary range: $100,000 to $130,000 a year

About the Role:
The Applications Engineer will ensure platform stability, performance, and security while driving enhancements and integrations across the firm’s global infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage ServiceNow upgrades, configurations, and patching
Design and implement scalable platform enhancements per ServiceNow best practices
Maintain and monitor MID Servers to ensure high availability and optimal configuration
Provide day-to-day operational support across ServiceNow modules (ITSM/ITOM)
Lead integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub
Collaborate on Agile/Scrum teams to gather requirements and define user stories
Ensure compliance with firm-wide security policies and ISO 27001/2 standards
Develop dashboards and customized reporting for key stakeholders
Support ITSM governance and process adherence
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
4 years of experience working with ServiceNow (ITSM/ITOM modules)
4 years in IT operations with cross-functional collaboration
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and best practices
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro
Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM frameworks
Hands-on experience with CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
