Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in complex and commercial litigation matters
- Draft and respond to discovery, motions, and legal correspondence
- Take and defend depositions, support trial preparation and strategy
- Appear in court and manage case progress and deadlines
- Collaborate with team members across offices on multi-jurisdictional litigation

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- 3–6 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial or complex litigation
- Licensed to practice in Tennessee or eligible to waive in
- Demonstrated oral and written advocacy skills
- Excellent research, drafting, and litigation management abilities
- Stable background with a record of commitment and excellence
Salary & Benefits:
- Base Salary Range: $160,000 – $200,000
- Automatic Bonus: Triggered at 1950 billable hours
- Merit-Based Bonus available based on performance
- Minimum Billable Hours Requirement: 1850
