Temporary Day Shift Bagger - $20/hr.

The Bagger is responsible for safely and efficiently packaging finished products according to quality, food safety, and customer specifications. This position plays a critical role in ensuring products are accurately weighed, properly sealed, labeled, and prepared for storage or shipment.

Schedule & Compensation 

• Duration: June 11, 2026 – July 10, 2026 (approximately 4 weeks)
• Hours: 6am to 4pm (10-hour shifts)
• Workdays: Monday – Thursday (40 hours per week)
• Wage: $20/hour

• Operate bagging and packaging equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Monitor product flow from production to packaging lines.
• Verify correct bag weights, labels, lot codes, and packaging materials.
• Inspect bags and packaging for quality defects and report issues promptly.
• Stack, palletize, wrap, and prepare finished products for warehouse storage or shipment.
• Maintain accurate production, packaging, and inventory records.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and notify supervisors of maintenance concerns.
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety standards, and sanitation procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with company housekeeping standards.
• Assist with product changeovers, line setup, and cleaning activities.
• Support team members and perform other production-related duties as assigned. 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts and occasionally climb stairs, ladders, and walk on catwalks.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds, regularly, and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, and moving equipment.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or food production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, production documents, and safety procedures.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• This position is located at Top Tier Ingredients, LLC 941 3rd Avenue Hancock, WI 54943.
• Employees will work onsite at Top Tier Ingredients and will be employed and paid through our staffing partner.
• This assignment may be extended based on business needs and employee performance.
