About the Position
**$300 sign-on bonus paid after 180 days of continuous employment**
At Top Tier Graphics Inc., we believe every great print starts long before the ink ever hits a shirt. That’s where our Screen Room Technician comes in. This role is the backbone of our screen printing department-responsible for cleaning, coating, and preparing screens so our production team can deliver the high-quality work our clients count on.
You’ll be working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with top-of-the-line equipment in our Newberry facility. This is an entry-level position with room to grow-perfect for someone who enjoys detailed work, likes being part of a hardworking team, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
Important note: This position pays higher than typical entry-level roles because it is a dirty, physical job. You’ll be working with chemicals, water, ink, pressure washers, and in a loud production environment. This role is not for everyone, and that’s okay. But, for the right person, it’s a solid opportunity with stability and growth.
Responsibilities
- Clean, reclaim, and prepare screens for production.
- Coat, image, expose, and wash out screens with consistency and accuracy.
- Inspect screens for clarity, repair pinholes, and block/tape frames to ensure press-ready quality.
- Label and scan screens to maintain production records and organization.
- Use pressure washer t to remove emulsion and ink.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow safety procedures and wear proper PPE.
- Work as part of a production team-pitching in where needed to keep jobs moving.
- Be punctual and reliable; overtime may be available during peak production times.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- No prior screen printing experience needed-we’ll train you.
- Mechanical aptitude or prior hands-on shop experience a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes consistently.
- Comfortable working on your feet in a production environment.
- Comfortable working with chemicals, water, ink, loud noises, and pressure washing equipment
- Positive attitude and a team-player mindset.

Pay Range: $17.00/hr
