Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common spaces
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively to achieve optimal cleanliness
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures at all times
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance while interacting with clients and team members
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer service
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus; some training will be provided
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
