Role Summary
Manage day-to-day operations for corporate rentals and real estate flips. Oversee vendors, contractors, cleaners, guest communications, maintenance, scheduling, and property readiness.
Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Rental Operations
- Handle guest/tenant communication (messages, check-in issues, questions).
- Coordinate cleaning teams, inspector visits, and maintenance vendors.
- Ensure units stay stocked, clean, and properly turned over.
- Maintain property calendars (Airbnb, Furnished Finder, direct bookings).
- Monitor security issues, noise, and compliance with house rules.
Flipping & Renovation Support
- Schedule and coordinate contractors
- Track project timelines
- Create weekly progress reports with photos
- Order materials and arrange deliveries
- Monitor budgets, invoices, and receipts
- Ensure job sites stay organized
Administrative Tasks
- Upload receipts and invoices into accounting software
- Manage spreadsheets (expenses, occupancy, renovation budgets)
- Run errands as needed
- Support marketing tasks (posting listings, updating photos, etc.)
Skills Needed

Compensation Options
- $18–$20/hr starting depending on experience
- Bonus tied to occupancy rate or flip profitability
