Top Tally Trivia is looking for the next great Trivia Emcees to step up, grab the mic, and own the room. This is not a “show up and read questions” gig. It’s fast‑paced, on your feet, and highly involved. You’ll be the one setting the tone, keeping the energy up, and turning an ordinary night at the bar into an event people look forward to every week.
We’re after someone who can command a room, think quickly, and bring real personality to the job. This isn’t for a butt‑sitter or a corner‑hider. You’ll be in the spotlight the entire night, making trivia feel like a show, not just a game.
What you need:
– Must be 21 (you’ll be working in bars)
– Hardware and software tech savvy (experience with switching software is a plus)
– Must pass a criminal background check (no exceptions)
– Reliable transportation (venues aren’t always next door)
– A music streaming app (Spotify, Apple Music, etc. — we’ll cover the cost)
– Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (you’ll be moving speakers and gear)
– Confidence to run the night like it’s your own show.
What you don’t need:
– Experience — we’ll train you on how to do it
– Equipment — we provide everything (you’ll just be financially responsible for the gear while it’s in your care)
The details:
– Trivia nights last about 3 hours total (less once you’re efficient)
– Pay is $75–$100 per night, depending on the venue and experience
– Most bars will cover your meal on trivia night, and maybe even a drink!
– Tips are welcome
– Get paid SAME DAY!
