We are seeking a Manager of Accounting to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and team leadership within a growing, operationally focused organization.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee month-end close activities, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting to ensure timely and accurate result
- Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members while promoting accountability and operational excellence
- Partner with operations and finance leadership to support reporting, financial visibility, and business decision-making
- Drive process improvements, strengthen controls, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and data accuracy
- Support system enhancements, reporting tools, and finance transformation initiatives to improve workflows and scalability
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
- 5 years of accounting experience with leadership responsibilies
- Strong knowledge of financial close, GAAP, reconciliations, and internal controls
- Experience in operational, field-based, or decentralized environments preferred
- Communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Salary : $145,000 - $165,000
