Position Overview:

Bartenders at Top Shooters provide friendly, efficient service, prepare drinks, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience. This role involves continuous movement, multitasking, strong communication skills, and teamwork. Shifts include day shifts, night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Pay: $9/hour
- Typical total earnings with tips: often well over $25/hour

Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests

- Follow all Illinois liquor laws and company policies
Qualifications:
- 18 years of age
- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Reliable and professional
- Weekend, holiday, and flexible shift availability (as needed)
- BASSET, Food Handler, and IL Sexual Harassment certification required upon hire
