Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties across residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
- Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Use cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively for floor care, carpet cleaning, and surface cleaning
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain organized work schedules through effective time management to complete all assigned tasks promptly
Requirements
- Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license (required)
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (required)
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred — but strong willingness to learn is also welcome
- Strong customer service skills with clear, professional communication
- Punctuality, trustworthiness, and the ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Pay & Perks
