Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Professional to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various client locations, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services. Prior experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. Daily Cleaning 5am-7am M-F
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively to meet quality standards
- Follow specific cleaning protocols tailored to each client’s needs
- Restock supplies as needed and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with clients
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
Qualifications
- Prior cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for all new hires
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills and reliability
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to lift moderate weights (up to 25 pounds) and stand for extended periods
- Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
