Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and craft beers, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote repeat visits.
- Operate POS systems accurately to process cash and card transactions efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Develop new beverage recipes and experiment with mixology techniques to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service flow during busy hours, including catering events and banquets.
Skills
- Proven experience in bartending within fine dining or upscale hospitality environments.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, brewing processes, cocktail creation, and beverage recipe development.
- Proficiency with POS systems for processing transactions accurately.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
