What We Do

In sports, the top seeded player or team is the one who is given the highest ranking in a seeded tournament—a player who is most favored to win. At Top Seedz, we firmly believe that we can create positive change within ourselves and in the world when we eat healthily. This is why since 2017, we've hand-made seed crackers and roasted seeds, and have recently started selling raw seeds and seed cracker mix (think of a cake mix for crackers). All of our products are organic, gluten-free, vegan and delicious.

Role Summary
As our Marketing Lead, you’ll independently develop and execute integrated marketing strategies — across both digital and traditional channels — to expand brand awareness, grow market share, and drive sales. You’ll work independently as well as with the marketing team to leverage a blend of creativity and analytical insight, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, analyze performance data, and stay on top of emerging trends and best practices.   • Develop and execute omni-channel marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive market share and brand awareness
  • Manage multi-channel digital campaigns using a content calendar, automation tools, and performance analytics
  • Design and develop graphics, packaging updates, collateral, POP, emails, newsletters, blogs, and product highlights
  • Implement and optimize an e-commerce and web strategy including SEO, copy, and user experience.
  • Support Top Seedz’s digital presence across social media, website, customer database, paid search, and community engagement
  • Gather, analyze, and present insights on brand performance, competitor trends, and marketing campaign effectiveness
  • Support community and industry events, including affiliate marketing, brand activations, awards, giveaways, and loyalty programs
  • Collaborate with customer service to consolidate feedback and improve the customer experience
  • Follow up on leads, identify revenue opportunities, and conduct key market research to support sales and strategy

What you Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, social media, digital roles, or agency environments
  • Google Ads, Hootsuite, SEMrush, or similar
  • Experience with e-commerce and sales platforms including Amazon, Mable, Faire, Shopify, B2B, and D2C
  • Working knowledge of the food retail industry (experience with supermarkets or grocery chains is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Self-starter who thrives both independently and within a marketing team
  • Highly skilled graphic designer with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Adobe, Canva and similar
  • Outstanding writing skills for both long- and short-form content, headlines, and social posts
  • Mastery of social platforms and tools such as Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads and Linkedin
  • Experience with Klaviyo and Mailchimp
