What We Do
In sports, the top seeded player or team is the one who is given the highest
ranking in a seeded tournament—a player who is most favored to win. At Top
Seedz, we firmly believe that we can create positive change within ourselves
and in the world when we eat healthily. This is why since 2017, we've hand-
made seed crackers and roasted seeds, and have recently started selling raw
seeds and seed cracker mix (think of a cake mix for crackers). All of our products
are organic, gluten-free, vegan and delicious.
Role Summary
As our Marketing Designer, you’ll bring the Top Seedz brand to life through
thoughtful, high-quality visual design across all touchpoints. You’ll play a key role
in shaping and maintaining our brand identity while creating compelling assets
that support marketing campaigns, product launches, and sales initiatives.
Working closely with the marketing team and cross-functional partners, you’ll
combine creativity with strategic thinking to ensure every visual element aligns
with our brand and resonates with our audience. You’ll thrive in this role if you
love designing with purpose, collaborating across teams, and seeing your work
show up everywhere—from social media to store shelves.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and evolve Top Seedz’s visual brand identity and guidelines
- Ensure visual consistency across all channels, including digital, print, retail, and packaging
- Design marketing assets, including social media graphics, paid ads (digital and print), email designs, and website visuals
- Design and support website visuals, landing pages, and ongoing site updates with a focus on user experience and brand consistency
- Create sales and marketing collateral such as sell sheets, presentations, and retail support materials
- Support product and packaging initiatives, including packaging layouts, label updates, and visual systems
- Design for in-store and event experiences, including retail displays, tradeshow materials, and brand activations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to bring campaigns and content to life through strong visual storytelling
- Organize, maintain, and manage design files and brand assets to ensure consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across teams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and leadership to support product launches and key initiatives
- Align design work with overall brand strategy, ensuring a cohesive and elevated brand presence across all touchpoints
- Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organization
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a design-focused marketing role
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand and marketing design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Suite
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual systems
- Experience with digital, print, and packaging design (CPG a plus)
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Self-starter who thrives both independently and within a collaborative marketing teamJob Type: Full Time, 40hrs/week
