Part Time Hours - Monday - Friday between 8 am and 5 pm.
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Intake Specialist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, has great listening skills, and is fluent in English, Spanish, or Portuguese.
This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
*Duties*
- Provide outstanding client support through phone, email, and text.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent solutions.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, assist clients with inquiries, and provide information about legal services.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the firm’s practice software system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Stay informed about client services and company policies to provide accurate information to clients.
*Qualifications*
- Excellent communication skills in English
-Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or other languages is a plus (multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
-Previous experience in a legal setting is a plus.
- Strong typing skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Experience with outbound calling and sales techniques is advantageous.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
