Sales Representative-Sell Roofs
✅In this full-cycle sales role, you will be actively canvassing neighborhoods affected by recent storms, identifying property damage, and directly selling our restoration services to the homeowner. If you have a proven track record of knocking on doors, building instant rapport, and closing deals on the spot, your skills will translate perfectly to our industry.
✅What You Will Do:
● Prospect & Canvass: Strategically walk target neighborhoods to generate your own leads.
● Identify Needs: Speak with homeowners about recent severe weather and perform property
inspections to identify storm damage.
● Educate & Propose: Walk the homeowner through the restoration process and present tailored
repair solutions.
● Close the Deal: Overcome objections and sign contracts directly with the homeowner.
● Manage the Pipeline: Maintain strong communication with the client from the initial knock to
project completion.
What We Are Looking For:
● Must have proven experience in door-to-door (D2D) canvassing and direct sales.
● Candidates with backgrounds in Storm Restoration, Solar Sales, Home Security (e.g., ADT), or
Lawn Services are highly preferred.
● A true "hunter" mentality—you are comfortable generating your own business.
● Ability to climb a ladder and conduct roof inspections.
● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
