Title: Mobile Physical Therapy Assistant
Part to Full Time and Contract available
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in the Utah County and Salt Lake County areas. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a mobile setting, providing therapy services to patients in their homes or other locations. As an In clinic and/or Mobile Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients improve their mobility, reduce pain, and regain independence.
Responsibilities:
- Work in the clinic or Travel to patients' homes or other locations to provide physical therapy services Assist the Physical Therapist in developing treatment plans and goals for each patient Implement treatment plans through exercise, stretching, massage, and other therapeutic techniques Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to continue therapy at home Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program Valid license as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Ut Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectivelyValid driver's license and reliable transportation
