Associate Attorney - Personal Injury Plaintiff - High Value Cases from day One - 10-1 support staff

Top Ranked - Trial First - PI Firm
Springs, GA Full Time
POSTED ON 10/24/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 2/20/2027

Finding the right PI firm is brutal.

Here's what good actually looks like.

Strong case volume from day one. The marketing here actually works. You won't be begging your old roommate for referrals or handing out business cards at Little League games.

10-to-1 support staff ratio so you're not chasing medical records and playing phone tag with providers.

Most PI attorneys are lucky to have second-chaired a few cases, because the files settle before it ever gets that far.

Here, you're handed six-figure cases already identified as trial-worthy.

Where You'd Be Working:

It's personal injury. Auto, premises, serious injury. The seat is litigation. The volume, the support, and high level partners you'll learn from every day.

The partners and leadership started as attorneys, same place you'd be starting. This isn't the type of firm where only family ties move up. You won't wait till partner to work 7-figure cases.

Low six-figure base with additional comp based on revenue won for the firm. The plan is set so that on plan you'll clear 200k by year 2.

Attorneys earning seven figures isn't some one off case, it's a regular occurrence for their top attorneys.

Hybrid schedule, 3-4 days in office, with a ton of flex. If you need to cut out early for your kid's soccer game, you can do that here without needing special sign off.

If you'd rather play the volume game and let files settle so you can be home at five, this probably isn't for you. But if you've been waiting for your chance to be in court, this could be a great fit.

What Would Make You a Stand Out Applicant:

If you've done PI plaintiff trial work, your share of fees collected has been in the high 6 and 7 fig range, licensed in Georgia or eligible, and at least a few years in with some kind of stable tenure on your resume (everyone's had a mulligan).

Apply today, even if your resume isn't current. Every application gets a response.
