Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the dispatch board, assigning service calls to technicians based on skills and location
- Forecast service workload, follow up on pending work, and keep customers updated on their service requests
- Manage maintenance agreements, process purchase orders, and handle customer inquiries
- Multitask, problem-solve, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of dispatching or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with computers and scheduling systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the plumbing industry
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ServiceTitan
Work Schedule: Full-time, hybrid position with flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and on-call shifts.
