We are looking for dependable, experienced subcontractors to assist with the installation of various fencing types. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of delivering top-tier work with minimal supervision.
- Install fences according to company standards and customer specifications (wood, chain link, vinyl, aluminum, and agricultural fencing)
- Accurately interpret site plans and layout instructions
- Maintain safe, clean job sites
- Communicate clearly with clients and Top Rail Fence associates
- Deliver completed projects on time and to specification
- Minimum 2 years of professional fence installation experience
- Must be licensed and carry liability and workers comp insurance
- Reliable truck/trailer, tools, and equipment required
- Ability to work independently and manage job timelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
