Position Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for engaging prospective customers, supporting the sales pipeline, and helping homeowners select the right fencing solutions. This role focuses on customer interaction, product knowledge, and delivering an exceptional experience from first contact through follow‑up. The Sales Associate contributes directly to revenue growth, brand reputation, and customer satisfaction at Top Rail Fence Waco.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
• Engage customers in a friendly, knowledgeable manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate fencing solutions
• Assist with preparing estimates and supporting the sales process
• Manage and update the sales pipeline through the CRM
• Achieve monthly sales activity and conversion expectations
• Represent Top Rail Fence Waco with professionalism and brand consistency
Customer Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is a core performance metric for this role.

Sales Operations

• Work closely with the Operations & Sales Manager to ensure seamless project handoff

Administrative & Reporting
• Maintain organized documentation of leads, estimates, and follow‑ups
• Track sales activity and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with franchise policies, procedures, and brand standards
Qualifications
• Experience in sales or customer‑facing roles preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn fencing products and their benefits
• Comfortable using CRM and sales software
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and customer‑focused
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
