Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fence Installer located in Aurora, IL. The Fence Installer will be responsible for measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing various types of fences, including wood, vinyl, chain link, and metal. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, preparing materials, ensuring accurate installation, operating tools and machinery, and maintaining a safe work environment. You will also work closely with customers and team members to ensure projects meet specifications and timelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment commonly used in construction and fencing installation
- Ability to measure, cut, and assemble materials with high attention to detail
- Experience in reading blueprints and interpreting project specifications
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to maintain a safe work environment
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
