This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Product consultant to clients who can travel around the neighboring states and the country when needed. The role involves identifying potential customers, reaching out to solar contractors and distribution channels to build up strong relationships and promote TRT products. Work closely with distributors’ sales teams, installers, and other potential customers to ensure a strong understanding of our product features. Responsibilities include delivering pre-sales and post-sales training and meeting sales targets.
This role also requires supporting all sales phases by working closely with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored product recommendations and support.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the solar industry with sales strategy development and execution
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills, with the ability to comfortably use installation tools such as impact drivers and drills
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Capability to travel within the region
- Experience in the rooftop solar racking or related industry is a plus
- Sale experience at least 1 year; Not required for recent graduates
