Summary
R&D Food Technologist will be responsible for product formulation, product specification creation, prototype creation, and formula mediation (initiating New Product Development protocol).
Key Activities
- Pre-screen leads and send requests to product managers.
- Help them develop solutions.
- Existing accounts will be reassigned to the recruit.
Preferred Skills
- Visit accounts as often as required to ensure budgeted volumes are met monthly.
- Influence decision-makers, negotiate prices based on the product manager’s guidelines, and close the sale.
- Communicate regularly the progress of each target account.
Educations & Experience
- Must have experience working with meat, seafood.
- Must have food service experience.
