About the Role:
We’re looking for a confident and driven Inbound Sales Development Representative to join our growing team.
This is not a cold-calling role — all leads have already expressed interest through our website or partner channels. Your job is to quickly connect with these warm prospects, understand their needs, confirm buying intent and authority, and ensure they’re matched with the right vendor solutions.
You’ll make a high volume of outbound calls daily to engaged prospects, manage follow-ups, and handle objections with professionalism — helping buyers stay committed to completing our value-driven matchmaking process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and qualify inbound leads who have requested assistance via our website or partner platforms.
- Conduct structured qualification conversations to confirm business needs, purchase intent, authority, and timeline.
- Handle objections and opt-outs confidently, keeping prospects engaged and informed about the benefits of our free service.
- Make consistent daily outreach calls and follow-ups to ensure high connection and conversion rates.
- Document all lead interactions, qualification notes, and next steps accurately.
- Match qualified buyers to appropriate vendor partners and coordinate a seamless handoff.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our vendor network, ensuring matches are relevant and high-value.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-2 years of experience in inbound lead qualification, inside sales, call center, or SDR roles (preferably in tech or B2B services).
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple outbound conversations daily while maintaining quality and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills with a consultative, service-first approach.
- Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills — confident in keeping prospects engaged through value-based conversations.
- Comfortable managing multiple calls and leads daily in a fast-paced, structured environment.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and experienced with CRM systems, Microsoft Outlook, and coordinating client communication between them.
- Positive, goal-driven attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, metrics-focused team.
