Are you an experienced IT leader who knows how to scale a managed services operation while keeping clients happy and teams performing at their best? We’re seeking a hands-on executive to oversee service delivery, lead technical and business teams, strengthen client partnerships, and drive operational efficiency across a growing IT services organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day service delivery, ensuring high system availability, responsive technical support, and consistent achievement of client SLAs.
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams, including technical leadership, sales, systems engineering, helpdesk support, and project management.
• Develop scalable service offerings, support enterprise client onboarding, and identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
• Manage strategic relationships with technology, hardware, software, and cybersecurity vendors.
• Serve as the executive escalation point for critical client issues and lead regular business reviews to strengthen relationships and service performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, operational practices, and company culture.
• Partner with leadership to establish strategic priorities and implement initiatives that support long-term business growth.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience managing operations within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Demonstrated success leading, motivating, and developing technical teams.
• Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure, managed services, and technical support operations.
• Proven project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent client-facing communication, relationship management, and vendor negotiation abilities.
• Strategic leadership skills with the ability to drive change, improve processes, and build a culture of accountability.
• A hands-on management approach, with a willingness to step in and assist clients or team members when needed.
