We are seeking a detail-oriented Workday Project Support Coordinator to support a large-scale ERP implementation project. This role will assist project leadership with scheduling, coordination, documentation, and communication activities across the implementation lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Manage project calendars, milestones, and meeting schedules
- Coordinate project meetings, workshops, testing sessions, and stakeholder communications
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, status reports, and project documentation
- Assist with presentations and reporting using PowerPoint and Excel
- Track action items, deadlines, and project updates
- Support logistics for virtual and onsite meetings
Qualifications
- Experience supporting ERP, Workday, HRIS, or enterprise system projects preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Previous project coordination or PMO support experience is a plus
Salary : $30 - $33
