Contract to hire

We’re looking for a hands-on IT professional to manage and support enterprise AI platforms while ensuring security, compliance, and seamless user adoption—ideal for someone with experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
What You’ll Do
- Administer AI tools (ChatGPT Enterprise, M365 Copilot, Claude, etc.)
- Manage user access, licensing, and roles (SSO, MFA, RBAC)
- Monitor platform performance and coordinate with vendors
- Partner with Security, Legal, and Compliance on governance and audits
- Support user onboarding, training, and documentation
- Identify automation opportunities and improve processes
What You Bring
- 7 years in IT support, systems, or SaaS administration
- Strong experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and identity management
- Hands-on with SSO, MFA, and access controls
- Ability to troubleshoot and support both technical and business users
Bonus if you have:
- Financial services or regulated industry experience
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, GLBA, etc.)
- Scripting/automation (PowerShell) or AI tool exposure
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
- Relevant certifications in SaaS, cloud platforms, or security are a plus
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
