We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Construction Laborer to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks on residential and commercial job sites
- Support site setup and breakdown, including staging materials, tools, and equipment
- Heavy focus on cleanliness and organization of the job site and work vans/trailers
- Load, unload, and move construction materials and tools
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools (training provided)
- Support site preparation, demolition, framing, and other general construction activities
- Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to all safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- No experience necessary—training will be provided
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
- Dependability and punctuality are essential
