Position Overview
Top Pro Glass LLC is looking for a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Glazier Apprentice to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone interested in learning a skilled trade and gaining hands-on experience in residential and light commercial glass installation.
As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced glaziers, assisting with the fabrication, installation, and repair of glass products such as frameless shower doors, custom mirrors, glass partitions, and window glass. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in the glass industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead glaziers with measuring, cutting, and installing glass products
- Prepare job sites by unloading and organizing materials, tools, and equipment
- Safely transport glass and hardware to and from job locations
- Learn proper techniques for handling, cutting, and fitting glass
- Maintain a clean, organized shop, tools, and company vehicles
- Follow all safety guidelines and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Support installation of shower doors, mirrors, storefront glass, and related products
- Deliver excellent customer service by being professional, respectful, and reliable on job sites
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)
- Interest in construction, skilled trades, or hands-on work
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (50 lbs)
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-oriented mindset
