About the Role:
As an RBT, you will work closely with our skilled team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to implement individualized treatment plans. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering ABA therapy sessions to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), using evidence-based techniques and strategies to promote skill-building and behavior reduction
- Collecting and organizing data on client progress, collaborating with BCBAs to analyze results and inform treatment decisions
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, including session notes, data collection, and treatment plans
- Participating in team meetings to discuss client progress, share ideas, and address any concerns or questions
