TOP Pallets is seeking a skilled and quick-thinking Forklift Operator to join our fast-paced, growing team. You’ll play a key role in managing raw materials, finished products, trailers, and ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly. Dispatch experience is a plus, but not required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move pallets, raw materials, finished products, and trailers within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that product is handled with care and inventory records are accurate.
- Manage inventory by keeping track of pallet counts, raw materials, and finished product stock levels.
- Assist with quality control by inspecting pallets, materials, and products for defects before they are used or shipped out.
- Supply production teams with necessary materials to keep production running smoothly.
- Inspect warehouse areas, trailers, and equipment for cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Complete daily forklift inspection records, and accurately fill out warehouse documents, including inventory logs and shipment records.
- Work efficiently under pressure to maintain the fast-paced flow of operations.
- Assist with dispatch coordination to ensure the timely and accurate loading of trucks for deliveries (dispatch experience is a plus).
- Continuously assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to increase productivity, quality, and safety standards.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors to support the warehouse and operational needs.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Spotter experience required.
- At least 4 years of forklift experience with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
- Proven experience in inventory management, quality control, and material tracking in a warehouse setting.
- Dispatch experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick, accurate decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, frozen, dusty, and noisy environments.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds or more as needed.
- Capability to operate warehouse machinery and forklifts safely and effectively.
