You will support our tree climbers and bucket operators from the ground, manage specialized machinery, and ensure properties are left spotless. No prior tree experience is required—we will train the right personwho shows up on time and has a strong work ethic.What You’ll Do (Job Responsibilities)
- Ground Support: Assist climbers and aerial lift operators by dragging brush, handling lowering lines, and prepping rigging gear.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate high-powered wood chippers, chainsaws, blowers, and log loaders.
- Site Management: Maintain a clear, safe drop zone and perform thorough yard cleanup before leaving the property.
- Vehicle Prep: Help load and unload trucks, secure tools, and perform basic daily equipment maintenance.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and ready to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work on your feet all day.
- Safety Mindset: Willingness to follow strict safety protocols and wear company-provided PPE at all times.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL is a huge plus and commands higher starting pay).
