Responsibilities

• Perform safe and efficient tree climbing operations for pruning, trimming, removal, and health assessments of trees.
• Supervise and coordinate team members during projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is completed to high standards.
• Provide expert tree care by diagnosing issues, and recommending appropriate maintenance or removal strategies.
• Maintain equipment used for climbing, pruning, and landscaping tasks; ensure all tools are in excellent working condition.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to plan project timelines and deliver exceptional outdoor environments that meet client expectations.

Skills

• Strong supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction settings.
• Expertise in tree climbing techniques with a focus on safety and efficiency; certification in arboriculture is a plus.
• Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, safety awareness, and high-quality work standards.
