Pool Construction Superintendent / Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Pool Construction Superintendent / Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of pool construction projects. This role involves managing construction sites from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have multiple years of experience in pool construction, with a strong background in construction project management, site supervision, and client communication. You will be responsible for reviewing contracts and engineering plans, coordinating crews, managing schedules, tracking materials, and setting clear expectations with clients. Duties

• Oversee the entire pool construction process from initial planning to project completion, ensuring adherence to signed contracts and engineering plans.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure clarity and feasibility before work begins.
• Meet with clients to discuss project scope, set expectations, and provide updates throughout the construction process.
• Develop and execute detailed construction schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage construction site activities daily, supervising crews and subcontractors to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Coordinate and track materials needed for each phase of construction to prevent delays.
• Monitor project budgets closely, controlling costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry best practices on-site.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project progress.
• Track project milestones and prepare progress reports as required.

Requirements

• Multiple years of proven experience in pool construction or related construction fields.
• Strong background in construction project management including scheduling, budgeting, and site supervision.
• Knowledge of construction plans, engineering drawings, and contract review processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills for client meetings and team coordination.
• Ability to lead crews efficiently while maintaining safety standards on-site.
• Proficiency in managing materials logistics and tracking project expenses.
• Valid experience in overseeing full-cycle pool build projects from start to finish.

Pay: $65,507.55 - $85,256.41 per year
