Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated, bilingual (Spanish/English) Warehouse & Customer Service Associate to join our team. This role combines warehouse operations with direct customer interaction, including handling store pickups and providing phone support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, process, and organize incoming inventory in the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for store pickups and shipping.
• Assist customers in person during store pickups, ensuring a positive experience.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and friendly support.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operations. Qualifications:
