Employment Placement Specialist (Entry Level)
Location: Hillsboro, TX (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

About the Role
We are seeking an organized, reliable, and customer-service-oriented Employment Placement Specialist to support daily HR, recruiting, and administrative functions. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with both clerical and hands-on industrial/warehouse experience who are looking to start or grow their HR career.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Staffing
- Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews
- Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews
- Assist with sourcing candidates and maintaining job postings
- Support hiring managers with staffing needs
- Complete new hire paperwork and assist with onboarding
HR & Administrative Support
- Maintain employee files and ensure documentation accuracy
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule
- Provide professional customer service to employees and visitors
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and support general office operations
- Maintain organized filing systems and uphold HR compliance standards
- Keep the office clean, organized, and presentable
Additional Duties
- Occasionally travel—on a rare, as-needed basis—up to 45 miles to another job site to assist with coverage
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to commute to Hillsboro, TX
Preferred:
- 1 year of office or administrative experience
- Experience in both clerical and warehouse environments
- Willingness to travel occasionally
