Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Drivers to join our team. Drivers will play a crucial role in transportation operations, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of patients. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience with various types of vehicles and equipment, and heavy lifting.
Responsibilities
- Transferring patients from vehicles.
- Ensure the safe handling during transit.
- Maintain clear communication with the team regarding route changes, delivery schedules, and any issues that may arise.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety compliance.
- Help in navigating routes efficiently to meet delivery timelines.
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
Qualifications
- Experience with costumer service is preferred.
- MUST HAVE 5 years of driving experience.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions and from the team.
- Ability to adapt to unexpected changes during shift.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety protocols.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed for transportation schedules.
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on specific duties assigned.
- Have a understanding and compassion for people with disabilities or sick.
- CPR Certified if not, will to do and get all required certifications
- Willingness to comply with all the intensive training required.
