Retail Sales Associate
Top Notch Marketing Solutions specializes in direct marketing and customer acquisitions for the several of the most respected companies in the telecommunications/home entertainment, credit and consumer electronic industries.
Our Company was created to acquire and retain customers in a personalized manner. Our Fortune 100 & 500 clients are constantly competing in their industries. We are the leading company in outsourced marketing and in-store marketing campaigns.
Job Description:
We team our clients up with some of the largest retail chains in North America in order to increase their client acquisition and retention. By providing these clients with professional and courteous representation of their brand, we are able to grow along side them as partners.
We are looking for future leaders to grow into a management role with our company while focusing on the following areas:
- Development of marketing campaigns and strategies
- Customer service and client acquisition
- Implementation of product launches
- Rigorous leadership training
- In-store promotional advertising
This is not a 100% commission job! All of our position offers a guaranteed weekly salary with opportunities for commission and bonuses. We do not participate in any door to door, business to business, telemarketing, or cold calling!
No prior experience is needed however: we do look for candidates who have proven track records of success in school/ academics, employment, and extracurricular activities.
