Job Overview
Install Coordinator – HVAC & Plumbing | Immediate Hire
Location: Rigby, ID | Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | $18–$25/hr DOE
TopNotch Heating & Plumbing is locally owned and operated, proudly serving the Idaho Falls, Rigby, and Teton Valley communities. We’re growing fast and need a dependable, organized Install Coordinator to help us keep our installation department running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
- Schedule and coordinate HVAC and plumbing installs daily
- Communicate with installers, customers, and suppliers
- Track job readiness, materials, and completion timelines
- Manage permits, inspections, and equipment registrations
- Keep accurate notes and job updates in ServiceTitan (preferred)
- Support the Operations Manager in driving process improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in dispatching, coordination, or construction scheduling (HVAC/Plumbing preferred)
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Tech-friendly and comfortable using software (Google Workspace, ServiceTitan, etc.)
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and calm under pressure
- Ready to grow with a stable, locally owned company that values initiative and accountability
Compensation & Benefits
