Attention Plumbers!

Are you worth more than the company you work for?

You may be interested in how you stack up relative to your competition!

Here are a few things I found interesting while looking at the plumbing industry, and I thought you might enjoy them as much as I did.

1. Average Salaries for Plumbers: $64,995

These figures come directly from www.salary.com

I am not sure how you feel about this, but I am appalled by how low these numbers are. Here at Top Notch, none of the plumbers earn wages and benefits anywhere near these low figures. I believe in hiring the best of the best so that I know that our Team is happy and will take excellent care of our clients. Our philosophy is simple: Win-Win-Win. This means if our employees win, then our clients will win, and if this happens our company will win in the long run. I may be a bit competitive, but I have only ever wanted to play on a winning team.

2. According to FBI crime statistics and Good Housekeeping, every year thousands of felonies are committed by service technicians in people’s homes.

Again, I don’t know how you feel about this, but it sickens me! This is ridiculous. Fortunately, we at Top Notch take the necessary precautions to ensure that this kind of thing will NEVER happen here. All of our employees undergo criminal background checks and drug screens as a preventative measure. The folks that call on us deserve the best and that is exactly what they get.

3. According to job surveyors, the amount of people going into the technical trades is actually decreasing! To plumbing companies that is horrible news! A shrinking labor pool means less available talent. To you, this could be great news! It actually increases your value. That means if you are not earning the income that you deserve or are putting up with poor working conditions, you don’t have to take it. Many of our plumbers have come to realize this after joining the Top Notch team.

If you fit the bill described above, you are in luck! Due to growth, we are now hiring for two of these prestigious positions. Apply now for a confidential interview, and I will show you how you can have the job that you deserve.

Sincerely,

Chris Koch
