Responsibilities
- Assist with pruning cannabis plants to promote healthy growth. As well as bucking and trimming cannabis buds
- Monitor environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and light levels to maintain optimal growing environments.
- Manage irrigation systems, ensuring proper water delivery and troubleshooting mech
- Identify issues, such as bud rot, pests, or diseases early and implement appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a cleanly and organized work space.
- Operate as.a cannabis trim/bucker.
- Support harvesting, trimming, curing, and packaging processes to ensure product quality standards are met.
Requirements
- Prior experience in growing plants, horticulture, or basic post harvest knowledge is preferred.
- basic Common sense is a must.
- Mechanical knowledge related to gardening tools and equipment maintenance.
- Ability to identify various plant species and rec
- Ability to perform basic lifting and perform tasks without any physical issues
- Basic math skills for measurements, data recording.
